Payment: All appointments must be paid in full through our booking site.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a refund. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your payment.

Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to book a new slot.

If any damages occur, the card on file will be charged.

If there is inclement weather you booking will be rescheduled.
SAFETY

ALL OPERATORS MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD WITH VALID FORM OF ID.

You must arrive 30 minutes before your rental time or else preparations will cut into your riding time.

All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, release of liability, and waiver forms.

All watercraft can hold up to 2 persons, but all have a weight maximum. We try to limit our rentals to 2 persons at a time and allow for a switch back at the dock to accommodate families. We use a max weight for a rental of 450 pounds to keep everyone as safe and dry as possible.

You must be 18 years of age to rent. You will be required to take a quick DNR test to allow you rent, with or without an existing Boaters Safety Card. We encourage everyone to take the free Boat US Course and will accept this course within 15 days of your rental. You can find the course here: https://www.boatus.org/maryland/

All operators must be at least 18 years old. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on their jet ski. Children under 6 years old are unable to ride a jet ski.
